I work with people who have been living with persistent bladder and pelvic symptoms — often for years — and who have run out of clear next steps from standard care.

I specialise in this area because these symptoms are rarely isolated. Bladder pain, urgency, pelvic discomfort, gut sensitivity, and hormonal patterns are frequently connected, but patients are often seen by different specialists for each piece separately, with no one joining the picture together.

That gap is usually where I start: taking the time to understand the full pattern, not just the most recent symptom, and building a structured, personalised approach from there.

I work with patients across the UK through online consultations.
